You can either mount the sign on a wall or hang it from the ceiling. The installation materials are provided free of charge.

Our LED neon signs only use 12V and therefore operate at a much safer voltage than traditional neon glass.
Do LED neon signs require maintenance?
No. LEDs are maintenance-free and very environmentally friendly. Far more environmentally friendly than glass neon signs.

All our products come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
Our warranty covers all defects that may occur in any of our products. However, it does not extend to damage caused by improper installation or physical damage during use.

My product isn't working properly, what can I do?
As long as your product is still under warranty, please call our technical support team at +49 6431-9415315 (our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). If you wish to contact us outside of business hours, please send an email to info@neoneverglow.de with the subject line "Repair Request," your full name and order number, a brief description of the problem, and your phone number. A member of our technical support team will call you as soon as they receive your email to try and resolve the issue. If this is not possible, they will guide you through the return process so we can repair or replace the product.
