Standard Nails
Step 1
Get all installation accessories ready: screws with washers, drywall anchors.
Step 2
Clear the wall / installation surface.
Step 3
Determine screw hole locations and mark it on installation surface.
Step 4
Drill holes on marked locations with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 5
Tap the drywall anchors in with a hammer.
Step 6
Align your sign, screw nails into the drywall anchors with washer on top.
Step 7
Now plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Advertising Nails
Step 1
Get all installation accessories ready: advertising nails set (barrel and cap), screws and drywall anchors.
Step 2
Clear the wall / installation surface.
Step 3
Determine screw hole locations and mark it on installation surface.
Step 4
Drill holes on marked locations with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 5
Tap the drywall anchors in with a hammer.
Step 6
Install the barrel on the wall with screws through the barrel into the drywall anchors.
Step 7
Put the sign on and thread the studs to the barrels.
Step 8
Your sign will have a 1” standoff from the installation surface.
Step 9
Now plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Hanging Small Signs
Step 1
Get hanging chain kit ready: 33” (85cm) hanging chain , screw with drywall anchor.
Step 2
Connect the sign to the hook.
Step 3
Make sure both hooks are connected to the sign.
Step 4
Drill a hole on hanging anchor location with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 5
Tap the drywall anchor in with a hammer.
Step 6
Screw the nail into the drywall anchor, leave some space for the chain to hang on.
Step 7
Hang the sign. Plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Hanging Small Signs
Step 1
Get ceiling mounted wire suspension kit ready: top mounts, screws, 6.6ft (2m) long suspension wires.
Step 2
Pull the suspension wire through the cable seal and suspension holes on the sign.
Step 3
Pull the wire end to the cable seal and use a sharp plier to seal it.
Step 4
Make sure all hanging wires are attached to the sign.
Step 5
Determine screw hole locations for the top mounts (1.5” diamater).
Step 6
Drill holes on marked locations with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 7
Tap the drywall anchors in with a hammer.
Step 8
Align the top mounts, screw nails into the drywall anchors.
Step 9
Push the pin on the top mount and insert the hanging wire. Release the pin to tighten the wire.
Step 10
Now plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Wire Hanging
Step 1
Get hanging chain kit ready: D ring sets for neon backside, 33” hanging chain, screw with drywall anchor.
Step 2
Screw the D rings to the backside of the neon.
Step 3
Attach the hanging chain hook to D ring.
Step 4
Make sure both hooks are connected to the sign.
Step 5
Drill a hole on hanging anchor location with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 6
Tap the drywall anchor in with a hammer.
Step 7
Screw the nail into the drywall anchor, leave some space for the chain to hang on.
Step 8
Hang the sign. Plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Nail Hanging
Step 1
Get all accessories ready: D ring sets for neon backside, screws with drywall anchors.
Step 2
Screw the D rings to the backside of the neon.
Step 3
Make sure you have enought D rings to support the neon.
Step 4
Determine screw hole locations and mark it on installation surface.
Step 5
Drill holes on marked locations with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 6
Tap the drywall anchors in with a hammer.
Step 7
Align your sign, screw nails into the drywall anchors.
Step 8
Now plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Direct To Wall
Step 1
Get all installation accesorries ready: plastic nails 1.2” (3cm) and blueprint paper.
Step 2
Screw the plastic nails into the backside of the neon.
Step 3
Clear the wall / installation surface.
Step 4
Put the 1:1 blueprint paper against installation surface and mark all screw hole locations.
Step 5
Drill holes on marked locations with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 6
Align neon sign and push the plastic nails through the drilled holes.
Step 7
Now plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
Wall Back Nails
Step 1
Get all installation accesorries ready: 1.6” (4cm) long fully threaded studs with hex nuts, blueprint paper.
Step 2
Screw the studs into the backside of the neon.
Step 3
Clear the installation surface.
Step 4
Put the 1:1 blueprint paper against installation surface and mark all screw hole locations.
Step 5
Drill holes on marked locations with 1/4” (6mm) drillbit.
Step 6
Align neon sign and push the studs through the drilled holes.
Step 7
Screw the hex nuts to the studs on the other side of the installation surface.
Step 8
Now plug in the power adapter and light up the sign. Bravo!
