Mounting on support rail
The illuminated lettering is mounted on a support rail. The wiring for each letter is integrated into the support rail, making it invisible. This ensures a perfectly clean and professional appearance for the illuminated lettering. Thanks to the support rail, installation is minimal, as we handle the pre-assembly for you. Furthermore, the support rail can be painted in any RAL color code.
Individual assembly
The individual letters are mounted one at a time. A precisely fitting drilling template allows you to position the letters accurately. The cables leading from the letters must be pulled through the wall and connected behind it. This keeps the wiring invisible from the front, ensuring a perfect appearance.
Metal junction box
The metal box is made of two parts: a front cover and a base plate. First, the illuminated letters are pre-mounted and screwed onto the metal box using a drilling template and threaded rods. The wiring is routed inside the metal box, so no cables are visible. Next, the base plate is attached to the wall. Finally, the front cover is placed on top and secured with screws on the sides.
