Shipping conditions:

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping. Please note that orders from non-EU countries may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated, the estimated delivery time within Germany is 15-20 business days (starting the next business day after ordering). For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is usually 20-25 business days. Should any delays occur, we will inform you immediately.

Express delivery:

If you choose express delivery, the estimated delivery time within Germany is 10-15 business days (starting the next business day after placing your order). Deliveries abroad typically take 12-16 business days.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Should express delivery not be completed within 10-15 business days due to transport delays for which we are responsible, you are entitled to a refund of the express shipping costs paid for the additional service. Delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or customs clearance are excluded from this.

Note regarding manual production and installer appointments:

All our products are individually handcrafted. Please note that production delays may occur in rare cases. We are not liable for appointments already scheduled with installers or other service providers. Please plan your installation or connection work only after receiving your goods.

Note regarding delivery time for different items:

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
